Crowlands Wind Farm

The Crowlands Wind Farm project consists of 39 turbines that will produce clean energy equivalent to the yearly needs of around 50,000 Victorian homes.

The turbines to be installed will be Senvion MM92 wind turbine generators, rated at 2.05MW each, with a maximum hub height of 100m and maximum blade tip height of 146.5m.The project is divided into two sections, North and South..

Construction began in May 2018 the wind farm is expected to commence operation in late 2019.

Pearce Geotech Pty Ltd were engaged by MPC Kinetic to conduct all of the Materials testing for this project.

We have since begun working with MPC Kinetic on similar projects, a testament to the strong relationships we have formed through the successful delivery of the Crowlands Wind Farm Project.

In total Pearce Geotech Pty Ltd conducted over 1024 tests and deployed 5 technicians to this project.
